Mobility Difficulty
Members with mobility difficulties will you please use the stair walker controlled by WBro Topp. The chair will be cleaned after each use.
Hall Restrictions
Smoking is as always only allowed outside the building.
Fire Safety
The hall has a fully operational fire alarm which is checked weekly. No test will take place during meeting times.
Upon hearing the alarm please leave by the nearest door and make your way to the top left corner of the car park, leaving all belonging behind.
Once there your secretary should confirm that you are all present.After the building is confirmed safe you will be allowed to re-enter and continue with your meeting, following the Members Entry Procedure as detailed earlier.
First Aid
There is a first aid box in the entrance of the kitchen.
